These Paul McCobb dining chairs for Lane's components line are vintage condition. The wood shows imperfections with age with nicks/dings and discoloration to the finish (some spots on multiple chairs, pictured). There is one area where the veneer is starting to bubble a small amount on one chair (pictured). The original vinyl is in good vintage condition with a couple very small slits. Overall the chairs are stable and show well, they could be used as is or restored. Please ask all questions prior to purchase as these have not been restored and are in their original state. We can also have these fully restored at an additional price.

Condition:

This Paul McCobb dining table for Lane: Delineator Group is in very good condition. The wood has been professionally refinished. There are a couple small imperfections that were too deep to sand out in the veneer (pictured). The table comes with 1 leaf that was also restored. You will notice very slight gapping when the table is closed which is a function of the design (not a flaw). Overall the table has great proportions and shows extremely well.

This Paul McCobb dresser for Widdicomb: Grand Rapids Collection is in excellent condition. The walnut has been professionally cleaned and touched up (overall very good condition). The aluminum pulls have normal wear and patina with age (we love them as is and didn't want to clean them up). Overall the dresser is beautiful and perfectly proportioned.

These Paul McCobb dressers (Planner Group series) are in good vintage condition with age appropriate wear. The finish is original and does have normal imperfections with age (scratches, dings, etc /pictured). There is light discoloration on the bottom edges. The iron looks to have been painted at some point. Overall these dressers are amazing in person.

This Paul McCobb gentleman's chest for Calvin Furniture : Irwin Collection is in good original condition. The brass has tarnishing / oxidation with age (we like the original wear). The wood is in very good condition for its age and does show well. There are normal imperfections with age (dings, nicks, etc). The doors do not sit perfectly flush in the front and sit a little uneven most likely due to expanding and contracting of the wood over the years. The mirror in the vanity section has a lot of blemishes over time (hard to picture), we did not anything special on the mirror to get them out. Overall the piece is beautiful and really has held up well and was lovingly taken care of the last 60-70 years. It is a beautiful piece of McCobb in original condition.
