The chair has its original upholstery that shows well but could use a good cleaning. The foam is still in great shape and doesn't currently need replaced. Overall the chair could be used as is and shows extremely well.

This Milo Baughman rosewood and brass floating desk for Thayer Coggin is in very good condition. The rosewood top has been professionally refinished. The rosewood grain is incredible. The brass brackets have an amazing style and show well. They however are completely original and have imperfections with age. The previous owners painted their walls and did not remove these brackets..... There are some paint splatters as well as some larger amounts of paint on the section attached to the wall. You will notice a couple areas where the brass is less patinated as someone tried to remove some of the paint. We opted to leave them original as we love the patina. The brass could always be professionally buffed. Overall the desk really does show well and is extremely beautiful / rare.
