The Canadian Modern Sofa is a low, wide modern luxury sofa — a softly tufted back and squared seat floated on a sculptural teak base with gently splayed legs. Craft Associates® builds each one to order in the United States over a bent-plywood and solid-hardwood frame assembled by hand rather than by machine. The teak is hand-shaped and finished in oil or a matte commercial grade, giving the piece real architectural weight.
