Condition: This Mathias Hoffmann lounge chair and ottoman for Rolf Benz is in very good condition. The chair retains a retailer tag "Cy Mann Design" which is pictured. The leather is in very good condition showing Norma signs of use with only a couple very minor imperfections (we would consider the leather in excellent used condition). The metal has a couple scratches that could easily be touched up if requested. Overall the chair has wonderful proportions and is extremely comfortable.

Condition: These Adrian Pearsall high back lounge chairs for Craft Associates Inc. are in very good condition. The wood bases have been professionally cleaned and touched up. There are a couple small cracks in the seams (pictured) and a couple very small dings (the bases are structurally sound and show extremely well). The chairs have been reupholstered back to their original integrity in velvet fabric and high density foam. The chairs retain their original hardware for all the strapping which we kept exposed per the original design. Overall these chairs show extremely well being both beautiful and dramatic.

The wood shows imperfections with age with nicks/dings and discoloration to the finish (some spots on multiple chairs, pictured). There is one area where the veneer is starting to bubble a small amount on one chair (pictured). The original vinyl is in good vintage condition with a couple very small slits. Overall the chairs are stable and show well, they could be used as is or restored. Please ask all questions prior to purchase as these have not been restored and are in their original state.
