The Vancouver Modern Sofa is a low, sculptural modern luxury sofa — a mohair-upholstered body floated on hand-shaped solid-walnut legs, with copper woven into its hand-built frame. Each Vancouver is built to order and entirely by hand. The frame and base combine bent plywood, solid hardwood, and copper — shaped by craftsmen, never a machine — over hand-cut, high-density foam. The walnut legs are hand-shaped and finished with a hand-applied oil or commercial-grade finish, and the seat is upholstered in commercial-grade mohair.
Handcrafted in the USA, the Vancouver is offered in our mohair, in your own COM, or through our fabric program — a genuinely made-to-order luxury sofa. If you provide the fabric, there is no additional charge for upholstery; a full fabric program is available for an additional price. Please contact us for details.
