We ship white glove, fully insured, in-home delivery if 2 nightstands are purchased. Essentially, they arrive at your home fully assembled and placed where you want them. If only one is purchased, it will arrive FedEx Ground. From the time of purchase, please allow 8-10 weeks for production. Shipping time varies dependent on location.

Because every piece is made to order, we cannot offer general returns — but if there is a fault with your piece, we will put it right. Beyond that, talk to us. We would rather find a way to help someone who trusted us with a commission than point at a policy. Where a return is agreed, return shipping is paid by the customer.
