about Lawrence Peabody
Lawrence "Larry" Peabody (1924–2002) was an architect and designer whose work was shaped by his Scandinavian training at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and the Rhode Island School of Design. His early work with Selig helped put modern American furniture on the map, and in 1961 he won a Citation for Merit for his Peabody Collection for Richardson/Nemschoff. Craft Associates® is honored to produce his licensed designs today.
