This Adrian Pearsall sofa for Craft Associates Inc. is in excellent original condition. The wood is not restored and is in great vintage condition with normal wear (dings, nick, imperfections and one slight gap in seam). The original upholstery is in excellent condition. One outside arm does have fabric fading with age (rest of the sofa is wonderful). This is a beautiful example of an original Craft Associates Inc. sofa.
